Helpful and excellent staff entire time.
The hotel of choice in Schiller Park. The place was fairly clean with free parking and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Decent location in a safe area close to Chicago where accomodation rates are absurdly high Location is allright, about 15Min drive from the terminals, and O'Hare at 11:20pm. Breakfast with sweet cereals.

The location is excellent, and the staff is helpful and decent. Make sure you stay in the queen room with the view of the city. The price is just right - £ 56.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the airport and O'Hare. Our queen room was huge and cheap with exceptionally comfortable beds. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

Everything was great, decent location just off airport, Chicago, ACCOMMODATING staff. The rooms were both cheap, spotless, complete with 2 large beds, amazing pillows, microwave.

The location was great - convenient for getting transportation into Chicago. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were very quiet considering it was across from O'Hare Airport.

Service with respect to the shuttlt service. Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes despite phone calls to a non service minded guy at the reception.

Reasonable price, clean room, friendly staff, good location.
Room 204's shower head is in need of repair. I also used the lobby men's washroom and there was no soap, nor any paper towels to dry my hands. The computer keyboard is in need of replacement, or it might be that the computer itself is in need of an update. Specifically, typing an email, I had to type 'very' slowly, otherwise the computer would miss letters. Other than that, you offer a comfortable hotel, at a reasonable price, with (at least our room being a) clean room, friendly staff, and a good location in the Rosemont area.

A reasonably priced, clean hotel and conveniently located near to Ohare Airport. The rooms are large with basic facilities but a coffee/tea maker is necessary. The Subway, Gas station and fast food facility are located next door and desirable. The shuttle service telephone response needs improvement. I can recommend as a good to stay. Niaz bakar
